CWS Partners
The Corporate Work Study program (CWS) has proven to be a win-win opportunity for both its students and its employers! When De la Salle North Catholic High School opened its doors in 2001 with a freshman class of 50 students, there were 15 hiring organizations. Today with an enrollment of nearly 220 students, there are over 75 hiring organizations. Excepting the two pandemic years, CWS has experienced an 80% year-to-year retention rate, on average, with its Corporate Partner organizations.
